Yes, we are talking about the all-new Audio-Technica ATH-CLR100BT which the company released last month. These are budget-friendly wireless Bluetooth earphones. But are these the best earphones for you to buy in 2020 on a budget? Well, the Indian market is flooded with a lot of options when it comes to budget-friendly earphones. And every brand wanna dominate this price range with their product.

Design, Build & Comfort
The design of the Audio-Technica ATH-CLR100BT is similar to the other Bluetooth earphones. The earphones follow a pretty standard earphones design. These earphones are made out of plastic. Now the build quality of these earphones are not the best out there but it is still good for the price.
However, the good thing about these earphones is the fact that these are actually quite light and comfortable to wear. These earphones weigh only around 17 g which is super light. During our testing, we did not face any discomforts when using these earphones even for a prolonged amount of period. All in all, we have no major complaints about the comfort or design of these earphones, but we do believe that there is some scope of improvement when it comes to build quality.
Sound quality
Sound Output is undoubtedly the most important aspect of any earphones in general. Well, Audio Technica is a known name when it comes to best sounding earphones brands. This is the case even with the Audio-Technica ATH-CLR100BT. The audio output from these earphones is crisp, clear and loud. We really enjoyed listening to these earphones during our testing. The music had enough bass, the lows and highs were quite good as well.
The earphones come with an 8.7mm drivers which are quite loud. These pair of earphones has a sensitivity range of 100 dB/mW and a frequency range of 20 – 2-,000 Hz.
Battery Life
The battery backup of these Bluetooth earphones is claimed to be 7 hours. While this was not the case during our testing. But that being said, we were still able to get around 6 hours of battery backup before we run out of battery. Also, the earphones took around 2 hours to charge from 0 to 100.
Final Verdict
The Audio-Technica ATH-CLR100BT is a decent pick for those of you who are looking for Bluetooth earphones on a budget. They are available for 2,499 INR in India. The only thing which you should know about these earphones before buying them is that these do not have the best build quality out there. Apart from the build quality rest of the things including the audio output is quite great on these earphones.
