HTC Desire 12 And Desire 12+With HD+ 18:9 display And Dual Rear Cameras Announced

HTC today brings its two new mid-range smartphones in its ‘Desire’ series named Desire 12 and 12+. These handset will be available in Gold, Silver, Black and Purple color variants from next month onwards. Desire 12 will be priced at 200 Euros (around 16,000 INR) and Desire 12+ will cost at 250 Euros (approx. 20,000 INR).

Now lets’s talk about the specifications,

Desire 12 comes with 5.5 inch HD+ 18:9 display and is equipped with 64 bit 1.5GHz quad core MediaTek MT6739 CPU with PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU. It has 13 MP auto focus rear shooter with LED flash light, f/2.2 aperture and PDAF. There is a front camera of 5 mega-pixel with f/2.4 aperture.

Desire 12 will be available in two storage versions including 2GB RAM with 16GB ROM and 3GB RAM with 32GB inbuilt memory. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS and is backed by 2730mAh battery.

On the other hand, Desire 12+ incorporates a 6 inch HD+ full vision display and is accompanied by 1.8 GHz Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 14nm SoC clubbed with Adreno 506 GPU and 3GB of RAM. There is 32GB ROM and a microSD card slot that supports by up to 2TB.

This Android 8.0 Oreo based smartphone packs a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture and a secondary rear camera with 2 MP resolution. It has a front camera of 8 MP. Desire 12+ is a dual SIM smartphone which has a 2695mAh battery.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, 3G / HSPA+, EDGE / GPRS, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS / GLONASS, Micro USB 2.0 port and 3.5mm audio jack.
