Panasonic Eluga Ray 550 With 18:9 Display Launched At 8,999 INR

Panasonic India has jumped on the 18:9 display bandwagon with the launch of Eluga Ray 550 in India. Priced at Rs. 8,999, the Eluga Ray 550 is an affordable phone that will retail exclusively on Flipkart.

The Panasonic Eluga Ray 550 has a metal unibody design, measures 8.5mm in thickness, and weighs a modest 152 grams. It will be available in Blue, Black and Gold color options starting April 5, 2018.

The primary attraction is the 5.7-inch HD+ IPS LCD “Big View” display with 2.5D glass on top. On the inside, the handset is powered by 1.3GHz MT6737H quad-core processor paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. There is provision to add up to 128GB of microSD card as well.

The software on the phone is Android Nougat and also integrates Arbo AI assistant. Other features include 13MP AF rear camera with LED flash, 8MP front selfie camera with LED flash, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual SIM support, 4G VoLTE, and 3250mAh battery.
