Realme C20, C21, and C25 with HD+ displays launched in India, prices start at 6,999 INR

Realme today launched three budget smartphones around the 10K price point for the Indian market. Three smartphones, namely the Realme C20, Realme C21, and Realme C25, are launched with HD+ display, a water-drop notch, and MediaTek SoCs. The Realme C25, with a bigger battery and 48MP triple camera setup, has a better spec sheet than the other two smartphones.

Pricing and availability 

The Realme C20 comes in a single 2GB+32GB variant priced at INR6,999 (INR6,799 for the first one million customers). The Realme C21 comes in 3GB+32GB and 4GB+64GB variants priced at INR7,999 and INR8,999, respectively. On the other hand, the Realme C25 costs INR9,999 for the 4GB+64GB model, while its 4GB+128GB variant is priced at INR10,999.

Regarding availability, the Realme C20 will go on sale starting April 13, while the Realme C21 and C25 will be up for sale from April 14 and April 16, respectively. All the phones will be available via Flipkart, Realme.com, and all leading retail stores across the country.

Realme C20, C21, and C25 specifications

The Realme C20, C21, and C25 all feature the same-sized 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ (720×1600) resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, and Gorilla Glass protection at the front.

Under the hood, the Realme C20 and C21 are powered by a MediaTek Helio G35 SoC paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB expandable storage and up to 4GB RAM and up to 64GB expandable storage, respectively. The Realme C25 gets power from a more powerful MediaTek Helio G70 SoC mated to up to 4GB RAM and up to 128GB expandable storage.

In terms of software, the Realme C20 and C21 boots Android 10 overlaid with Realme UI, while the Realme C25 runs Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0 on top.

Moving on to cameras, the Realme C20 has a single camera setup with an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. The Realme C21 features triple rear cameras consisting of a 13MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. At the same time, on the front, it tacks on a 5MP selfie camera. The Realme C25 at the back features a better triple camera setup that comprises a 48MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. The selfie camera is rated at 8MP.

For fuel, the Realme C20 and C21 depend on a 5,000mAh battery with 10W fast charging, whereas the Realme C25 is ticked by a bigger 6,000mAh battery armed with 18W fast charging. The Realme C21 and C25 are also equipped with reverse charging technology. For biometrics, the Realme C21 and C25 have a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, but the Realme C20 missed out on it.

Other notable features for the phones include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/A-GPS, micro-USB port, and USB Type-C port (Realme C25).
